Job Description

The ideal candidate for this role has a solid background in ad operations including project management, digital media planning, buying, analytics and reporting. As part of your work, you will be tasked with assisting in the implementation, optimization and monitoring of digital media programs on behalf of our clients, as well as the administration of internal/external trafficking to ensure timely delivery.

OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL:

Work with team members to ensure the right resources have been allocated to meet timelines on a variety of digital projects, from website builds to SEO/SEM and display campaigns
Team up with the Digital Content Manager to research and develop digital strategies for our clients, leveraging your digital media expertise to build multi-channel campaigns around clear objectives
Produce scope documents and estimates, tracking both agency time and expenses as projects progress
Stay on top of campaign budgets and analytics for platforms including Paid Search, Google display, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and client websites
Monitor campaign analytics; conducting regular audits and continuously optimizing the digital media spend to improve engagement and conversion rates
Provide regular reporting to both the internal team and clients on the results of digital activities, ranging from social media to content marketing, digital search/display/pre-roll and email campaigns

QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven ability to create and deploy digital campaigns across all platforms
1-2 years experience in a digital project management and/or digital media planning role
Expertise with Google Ads & Analytics (certified), YouTube pre-roll campaigns, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram advertising platforms, third party retargeting, etc
Familiarity with social listening/automation tools such as Hootsuite, Later and/or Sprout Social
Ability to audit campaigns, optimize and report results, clearly and effectively
Proficiency with project management tools (Basecamp, Clickup) and Microsoft Office (Excel in particular)
A clear strategic mindset with a passion for trafficking, digital media planning and analytics
