The Challenge Ahead:
We’re looking for an Assistant Producer on the EA SPORTS FIFA team. You will be a part of the development team for competitive gaming the Assistant Producer works with teams to provide competitive gaming features throughout the FIFA development cycle. With a passion for eSports and football the Assistant Producer understands the product needs and can translate these into applicable items by working with a dedicated team of developers.
What you will do as an Assistant Producer:
Work with the production team to understand priorities and weekly targets.
Provide visibility and meaningful updates to partners about the status of deliverables.
Align on and improve product and process working with a team and key product stakeholders.
Ensure deliverables meet the expected quality standard.
Support several day to day production routines such as Build Reviews.
Highlight risks to the team leadership and work with the team to mitigate and resolve them.
We are looking for:
Bachelor’s Degree
Ability to solve complex issues with creative solutions.
Passionate about competitive gaming and familiar with the Esports landscape.
Can work on projects quickly, and at the expected level of quality.
