The incumbent is responsible for all operational matters of Group 1* Honda Motor Dealer Business in order to strengthen and support the brand while ensuring attainment of all Key Performance Metrics, dealership profitability, customer satisfaction and lifetime owner loyalty. The Dealer Operations Analyst will be the frontline contact and the key liaison with the Group 1 dealers via virtual contact to ensure the overall objectives of Honda Motor are achieved and Honda Motor Brand Image is protected. This individual will also provide support to the Dealer Operations Zone Manager as well as administrative function in the zone office. RESPONSIBILITIES:Honda Motor Brand FundamentalsEnsure 100% of dealers are achieving the main pillars of HBF - Data Management
- Customer experience/Interaction
- Coordinate with the specific field staff responsible to address specific gaps
Honda Motor Driving Excellence/VOC- HDE Lead for all dealer operations
- Ensure 100% of territory achieve HDE Recognition
- HDE Validations – Sales & Service
- Focus on Dealer VOC Case Closures
New Vehicle Sales Operations- Inventory Management
- RSO & Sales Penetration Achievement
Honda Motor Dealer Performance Management Program GM Assessments- Lead, prepare, co-ordinate and introduce GM assessment program with Dealer Principal and General Manager
Financial & Facility- Support ECNN Activities & Achievement
- Verify that dealers have proper processes to track all outstanding factory receivables (Warranty, Sales Programs etc…) to limit backlogs of amounts owing
- Ensure Working Capital Standard are met
- Conduct HDFRP-e and Green Dealer Assessments
- Identify facility deficiencies & communicate to Dealer Development Consultant
Zone Support- Generate Daily / Monthly Sales Reporting
- Zone office administration responsibilities

Planning & Development- PDCA/CAPDO

- Expand knowledge of the company’s operations
- Visit Preparation & Documents (DIN)
QUALIFICATIONS:- Completed post-secondary education specializing in Business or Automotive
- Must have excellent PC skills with working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Lotus Notes.
- Must entail strong presentation and communication skills. Written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently, in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Must be results-oriented.
- Several years’ experience in the automotive field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Wholesale sales experience (is preferred)
- Knowledge of Honda Motor products and retail and wholesale businesses
- Develop, establish and maintain good working relationship with Honda Motor North America suppliers, partners, consultants, stakeholders and other network contacts.
