An ideal candidate for this position will have a Diploma or Certificate in Computer Aided Design technology from an accredited College/University or equivalent, or related training such as BCIT Architectural and Structural CADD & Graphics Program, and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. The applicant must also be proficient in Autodesk AutoCAD (2D/3D) and Civil3D, and the ability to complete (complex) CAD assignments under minimal supervision.
Responsibilities may include the following:- Civil design layouts
- Develop quantities and produce detailed engineering drawings.
- Modelling related to earthworks, dams, pipeline, road alignments and building excavations, etc.
