About the job
- Coaches, trains and leads staff to go above and beyond
- Acts as a strong presence in the kitchen providing support and inspiration to the TeeM
- Manages scheduling, inventory and orders
- Makes suggestions to improve staff and guest experience
Requirements
- 2+ years of full-service kitchen management experience
- Exceptional organization, time management, prioritization and self-starter skills
- Strong commitment to consistency and quality standards
- Able to work effectively with all of the different groups at MeeT
