The Microsoft 365 Security and Compliance team is looking for an experienced and energetic Senior Program Manager to join the Information Governance and Records Management team that helps customers identify, classify, and govern their data in accordance with business and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities The role has scope for broad impact and will require strong customer empathy to understand areas of need, product vision to delivering compelling and complete solutions, collaboration capability, and ability to influence across organizational lines. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a demonstrated track record of product vision, technical contributions, and a proven history of successful execution. She/he will be required to deliver measurable business value and customer usage. Qualifications To be successful you will need a proven track record that demonstrates: Passion for innovation, and ability influence all aspects of product development A natural curiosity and strong desire to engage with customers and partners An ability to translate customer problems into opportunities An ability to create, articulate, and build consensus on a clear vision The capability to think full stack from technology to user experience The kind of scrappiness that is necessary in fast paced start-up environments Ability to foster a strong working relationship with engineering at the leadership and working team level Ability to work closely with customers, partners, and sales teams, to the accelerate adoption for product that you shipped 2-4 years of experience in Program Management working on a major customer facing product or service Data regulation and compliance experience is a plus Microsoft is an equal opportunity employer.
