They include but are not limited to an awareness of current scholarship and continuing mastery in one’s field, instructional and professional duties, professional development, and service. In addition, duties and responsibilities may include scholarly activity. Education and Experience The minimum qualification is a Master’s degree, or an equivalent level credential as appropriate for the discipline.Independent, post-secondary or public school work experience directly related to the duty assignment.Graduate level training that enables sole responsibility for teaching undergraduate students in the area directly related to the teaching assignment. Experience demonstrating a learner-centered teaching philosophy is desired.
