Job Duties: Field work- Soil Preparation, Plowing, Pruning, Planting, Weeding. Fertilize, Cultivate, Irrigate, Harvest and prune crops (vegetables and berries). Wash, Spray and Sorting of crops. Detect disease/problems in crop and fruits. Set and monitor water lines. Clean farm machinery and equipment. Examine produce for quality and prepare for market. Follow all the safety standards. Report to and follow directions of a farm supervisor. Benefits: Accommodation will be provided at $30/week. Relocation expenses & medical insurance for first 3 months covered by employer, if required. Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Repetitive tasks, physically demanding, Standing for extended periods, Bending, crouching, kneeling. Work Site Environment: Outdoors, Wet/damp, Dusty, rain/ shine, hot/cold weather (Candidate should be physically able and willing to work on the farm in rain/sun or shine)
