Job Description

  • Synthesis HealthIn late 2021, the 1QBit Health Care team spun off from 1QBit to form a new company called Synthesis Health.     Your Role
    As a Project Analyst on the R&D team, you will coordinate projects, contribute to project planning, prepare and maintain documentation and reports, review contracts, and monitor the overall project activities. You will actively engage with stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand the projects and their requirements.

    What You’ll Do

    • Contribute to project planning, resource allocation, budgeting, and overall strategy.
    • Conduct and presenting feasibility analysis for proposed projects.
    • Establish key performance indicators.
    • Monitor and evaluate the overall project.
    • Analyze project data and produce insights to optimize performance.
    • Identify problems and shortfalls while proposing solutions.
    • Provide operational support such as liaising with stakeholders and tracking project status.
    • Prepare, review, and maintain project documentation and reports.
    • Maintain project contracts and financials.
    • Prepare presentation materials for internal and external stakeholder meetings .
    • Organize and support internal and external meetings, including developing agenda, sharing materials, taking notes, and tracking action items.
    • Be available to take on any task the team needs.
    • Support the R&D team with coordination of travel and meetings.
    • Work with other analysts to roll out process improvements.
    • Report to the Director and work with them closely to manage the whole R&D program.
