    We are looking for an enthusiastic & self-driven Territory Manager who wants to jump on board to help build a leading-edge financial tech company. You will experience the ins and outs of a fast-growing startup with the opportunity to make a real difference. You will get to learn and work alongside high-performing entrepreneurs in a fast-paced, innovative, and rewarding environment focusing on marketing and sales within the Vancouver market. As the Territory Manager you will drive customer acquisition in your city across multiple growth channels and are responsible for finding new growth channels within your city. This is a permanent position with both work-at-home and on-the-ground responsibilities. Candidates must be located in Vancouver (or willing to relocate to Vancouver), have a valid driver’s license, access to a working vehicle and willingness to drive to nearby communities when necessary.

    What you’ll be doing::

    • Serve as frontline for all marketing and sales activities in your city
    • Spearhead growth in your city by identifying opportunities for experiential marketing
    • Lead the planning and execution of partner activations and events for brand awareness and customer acquisition
    • Responsible for planning and implementing in-store marketing at partner merchants
    • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for creative and logistical needs
    • Hire, train, and lead a world class team of brand ambassadors to grow customer acquisition
    • Collaborate with our social media team to support social storytelling in your local market
    • Work on a variety of projects in an entrepreneurial tech environment

    Who we’re looking for::

    • 5+ years of experience working in events, marketing or relevant field
    • Practical experience coordinating events involving a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
    • Experience in project management and overseeing a team
    • Background in sales, preferably with a financial institution is an asset
    • Strong administrative skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to travel for work including weekends and holidays
    • You have great attention to detail, are incredibly driven and hungry to learn
    • You are a strong team player who can excel in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to meet deadlines and adapt as priorities change
