About the Opportunity
Currently, Taymor is looking for an Entry-Level Product Services Support to join our team on a full-time basis in our Delta, BC warehouse.
Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible in completing keying projects to meet supply chain and customer requirements.
By utilizing the MasterKing keying software, Taymor’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Warehouse Management System (WMS), and Excel spreadsheets, your day-to-day tasks include but are not limited to:
- Ensuring products in work orders meet customer expectations
- Working with internal teams in understanding the details of all keying projects
- Assembling, documenting, and releasing keying orders in WMS
- Supporting product management and quality control, by mounting and testing new and existing products
- Building of point of sale displays as required
- Assisting in building and installation of trade show and showroom displays
- Supporting customer service with technical assistance
- Recommending process improvements or efficiencies in their work flow or area
- Reporting safety hazards or unsafe conditions, and ensuring work area is maintained

Candidates who are thinking of entering a career as a locksmith, or had experience in similar keying projects, will enjoy this hands-on and process-driven role. Additionally, detail-oriented candidates who are fast-learners, efficient, and driven, will succeed in this role.
Due to the nature of the role, we are looking for candidates who are able to execute physically challenging tasks in a warehouse environment. Mobile equipment certification and experience in RFID guns will be considered an asset, but not required.
About the Benefits
Compensation evaluated on skills, knowledge, and experience, is a competitive annual salary of $30,813 to $41,689 (subject to negotiation). In addition, benefits include:
